No. ChurchPathways is focused on discipleship pathways, participant progress, private reflections and leader follow-up — not attendance, giving or rostering. It works alongside whatever church management system you already use.
Yes. ChurchPathways includes a New Believer starter pathway you can use as-is or adapt, so you can begin with one real group and build other pathways over time.
Reflections are private by default. A participant chooses if and when to share a thought with a leader — leaders only ever see what's intentionally shared with them.
Every church currently gets full Growth access with no payment required. Starter and Church+ remain part of the platform for the future, but there's no plan decision to make today. If that changes, churches will get at least 30 days' notice first.
