Request access for your church.

ChurchPathways is currently onboarding churches carefully so each church has the right tenant setup, login route, and admin access. Once your church is set up, your leaders can create and manage their own discipleship pathways.

You do not have to choose from fixed pathway types.

Your church can create pathways around whatever you are discipling people through — new believers, baptism, prayer, identity, membership, leadership, small groups, a sermon series, or something completely custom.

Early access request

Submit the details below. We’ll review the request and, if it is a good fit for the current pilot phase, provision your church tenant safely.

Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. Example: hope-church

Your church login URL would be: /c/your-church/login

Optional. This can be used as the welcome line on your church participant hub. You can change it later.

Best fit for most churches: real pathways, Shared Thoughts, leader responses, and follow-up.

1. Request early access

Share the church details, first admin contact, the plan you are interested in, and the discipleship or follow-up challenge you want to improve.

2. We provision your church tenant

Your church is set up with its own tenant space, church-specific login URL, and admin access.

3. Your leaders create the pathways

Your church creates and manages its own pathways. The platform gives the structure; your church owns the content.

4. You pilot with real people

Run pathway with a small group, collect feedback, and see whether the system helps leaders support people better.
